A few words from the creator of Ann's Sweets Anna Mkrtchyan

Dear new visitor,

I am Anna, from Armenia, a country with one of the most natural and delicious fruits in the world. I am glad that I can offer my handmade sweets which cause no harm to anyone with health problems like diabetes and such.

It’s difficult nowadays to find products with natural nutrients, amazing taste and healthy edibles at the same time, so I decided to deliver some of these exclusively natural products still preserved in our country to other countries of the world.

I’m sure, once you try them, you will never give them up. Enjoy the taste and thanks for your support.

To your health!

The company’s first mission was to offer ecologically pure, organic sweets using only high level Chocolates and organic products, not only for people who love sweets, but the main goal was to not cause any harm to people who love sweets and can’t resist it.

Can people with diabetes eat chocolate?
Chocolate is one of the most popular treats among foodies all over the world, and it’s hard to imagine having to go without it forever. But for those suffering from diabetes, consuming sweets and chocolate can be more complicated.
Can a diabetic eat chocolate? Chocolate and diabetes have always been surrounded by an aura of mystery. The answer is yes: people with diabetes can eat chocolate. In any circumstance, it is very important for them to consult a doctor before they eat any type of chocolate. But usually, it can be enjoyed as part of a healthy, balanced diet if you stick to a few rules.
We suggest inclusively the finest fark Belgian chocolate, which has a 70.5% cocoa content. It has a balanced, yet intense flavour and has no dairy in it, making it suitable for vegans.
Chocolate and diabetes: when and how much?
As well as choosing the most suitable type of chocolate, it’s also essential to understand how much chocolate to eat  and the best time of day to do so. These small changes in your eating habits will positively impact your blood sugar levels while still allowing you to enjoy a sweet treat.
When should you eat chocolate?
It’s best to enjoy the sweet treat after a meal. Don’t combine with sugary fruits to prevent blood sugars from spiking.

The smell of good homemade, handmade sweet making, is like the sound of lightly flowing water, is indescribable in its evocation of innocence and delight.
